About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with expertise in .NET technologies and Gen AI tools to lead product development, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic planning skills, and leadership experience in Agile environment.

In this role, you will lead a team of .NET engineers, drive business case development, define solution architecture, and execute the product roadmap. Your ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions and oversee seamless execution will be essential in delivering innovative AI-powered .NET solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Case Development:

·      Develop comprehensive business cases with validations, prioritization frameworks, and checklists.

Solution Design & Development:

·      Create solution designs, including mock-ups, RACI matrices, initial sizing, dependencies, and feasibility assessments.

·      Collaborate with engineering to estimate efforts and create detailed implementation plans.

·      Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the product development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

·      Engage with clients/regional leads for feedback, legal review, and socialization.

·      Define MVP versions, risk assessments, GTM plans, UAT with end users, demos, and commercialization strategies.

Product Roadmap & Enhancement:

·      Collect and prioritize end-user feedback and enhancement requests.

·      Plan ongoing maintenance and updates.

·      Monitor product usage, generate usage reports, and decide on enhancements or retirements.

Team Leadership:

·      Lead a team of dotnet engineers following agile methodology.

·      Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.

Essential Skills:

·      Strategic planning and business analysis.

·      Technical knowledge of dotnet, Gen AI tools, and architecture solutions.

·      Experience in solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.

·      Strong collaboration and communication skills.

·      Proficiency in creating and managing product roadmaps and enhancement processes.

Preferred Skills:

·      Knowledge of project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

·      Knowledge of .Net Core, SQL, GEN AI tools

·      Good business acumen to orient data analysis to business needs of clients and key stakeholders.

·      Ability to translate data and technical concepts into requirements documents, business cases and user stories.

·      Experience working with technology teams using Agile methodologies to drive product development and delivery

·      Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions and actions without complete authority over the teams.

·      Good communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with different cross-functional team members at varying levels

·      Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously - highly motived and able to work against aggressive schedules

·      Experience gathering the 'voice of customer' and translating it into product feature requirements

·      Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively

·      Ability to set the vision, strategy, define success metrics and make decisions around product growth

·      Skill to dissect a data file, read file specs and author both technical documentation and marketing collateral
