JD - Marketing Manager

Location - Delhi, Govindouri

Social Media Management

● Plan and manage weekly social media calendar, align posts on a daily basis on

Instagram and ensure that the content is posted daily

● Linkedin - Create and Ensure timely content posting

● Youtube - Upload regular content on the channel

Website Management

● Update website data and ensure content accuracy

● Make changes to website content whenever necessary

● Upload Blogs on the website on weekly/monthly basis

Email Marketing

● Design and send regular Emails to customers on a weekly basis.

Whatsapp Marketing

● Plan and schedule whatsapp message

Content Writing

● Write Script for Reel, short form and/or Long form videos

● Write Blogs for website

Stakeholder Management

● Liaise with external marketing agencies to promote brand/create campaign

● Liaise with DOPs for video shoots

Content Creation

● Design Social Media Posts for Instagram, Linkedin using canva.

● Design cover images for Instagram and thumbnail for youtube videos and linkedin videos using canva

● Brainstorm and shoot content for social media - both long form and short form

● Design brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, print media, etc. for the brand

Branding

● Ensure proper branding at all properties of The Social Stays

● Design branding collaterals for the property such as - boards, reception boards, in-room branding, location boards, menus,

Team Management

● Manage a team of 2-3 people, dedicate tasks efficiently between the employees

Budget Management

● Effectively manage the budget between multiple marketing campaigns. Negotiate with external vendors to arrive at the lowest cost possible while closing a deal.

Campaign Management

● Plan and create weekly/monthly marketing campaigns for the brand

Analysis and Reporting

● Analyze all marketing efforts on a regular basis and take informed decisions based on the performance

● Prepare daily marketing report and share it with the Top Management

Others

● Oversee all marketing efforts such as Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.
