Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation effectively.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, and other compliances.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.
- Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
