It also allows us to pivot quickly, which is key to succeeding in an ever-changing market. About the RoleAs a Creative Producer at Wirality, you'll be at the intersection of creativity and execution. You'll manage projects end-to-end — from idea generation, referencing, and shoot planning to production, post-production, and delivery.You'll connect cross-functional teams (creative, servicing, project management, digital & social) and external partners, ensuring every project maintains creative integrity while being executed smoothly and on time.If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, love solving problems with creativity, and enjoy building culture-driven content — this role is for you.What You'll DoBrainstorm and ideate with creative teams.Research and reference video/static ideas for campaigns.Plan, schedule, and coordinate shoots.Oversee production and post-production workflows.Manage third-party vendors and creative collaborators.Partner with creative directors to take projects from concept to execution.Coordinate across departments for smooth workflow and on-time delivery.Track assets, manage client relations, and ensure brand consistency.Develop original content ideas for digital platforms.What We're Looking ForA naturally creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.4+ years of experience in video/film production or creative content production.Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, formats, codecs, and cameras.Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Excellent communicator and collaborator.Resourceful, solution-driven, and proactive.Comfortable with Google Suite + project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, NTask).Excited to work in a fast-paced agency culture.Nice to Have:Audio post-production (recording, mixing, scoring).Hands-on experience with cameras or creative tech.Experience creating or pitching original creative concepts.Why Join UsAt Wirality, we pride ourselves on being a human-first company.
