Role & responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

  • Assurance and Auditing:

  • Conduct statutory audits and internal audits for clients.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.

  • Valuation:

  • Perform business valuations and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

  • Develop and maintain valuation models.

  • Other Related Profiles:

  • Manage accounting and financial reporting using tools like Zoho Books and Odoo.

  • Provide financial consultancy and advisory services.

Preferred candidate profile

  • CA / Semi Qualified CA / ACCA
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Odoo).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting, assurance, valuation, and auditing.
