About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, , React, ), Python FastAPI, and The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, designing scalable and secure systems, and guiding development teams in building next-generation web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement robust architecture for complex web and cloud-based applications.

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable solutions using MERN Stack, FastAPI, and

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and best practices.

  • Oversee multi-database integration and cloud-agnostic deployments.

  • Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for engineering teams.

- Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to improve system design and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application design and development.

  • Strong expertise in MERN Stack and Python FastAPI frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with for SSR and dynamic front-end development.

  • Solid understanding of cloud-agnostic architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Proficiency in microservices, API design, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience in multi-database environments (SQL + NoSQL).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹2,700,000.00 per year
