We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our team at Kosmo Dental Clinics. The role involves reaching out to potential patients and leads over phone calls, explaining our dental services, building trust, and converting inquiries into appointments. The candidate will also support existing patients with reminders, follow-ups, and patient engagement to ensure strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Explain Kosmo Dental Clinics' services, offers, and treatment options clearly and convincingly.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed patient appointments.
- Maintain daily call logs, track conversions, and report progress in the CRM software.
- Follow up with patients on scheduled appointments, pending treatments, and reminders.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, resolving queries and providing accurate information.
- Support marketing campaigns through patient outreach and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with the reception and operations team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any stream (preferably with sales or healthcare experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (healthcare/dental background is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and maintain professionalism.

Compensation
- Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
