Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create clear and concise video explanations for assigned academic questions.

  • Use tools such as Microsoft OneNote and PowerPoint to prepare and present solutions.

  • Record and screen videos to effectively demonstrate problem-solving processes.

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail in all content created.

-Collaborate with fellow SMEs to enhance overall content quality.

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Biology up to the graduation level.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in using pen tablets and collar microphones for effective video creation.

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Guidelines

  • Ensure all solutions are conceptually accurate, concise, and informative.

  • Willingness to revise and improve content that does not meet quality standards.

  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive working environment.

Stipend

  • Earn between INR 60–75 per approved video solution.

  • Potential monthly earnings range from INR 35,000–42,000, based on performance.
