Staff management

  • Hiring, training, and supervising all staff, from medical professionals to administrative personnel.
  • Conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Developing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.

Patient care and satisfaction

  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Addressing patient concerns and resolving complaints promptly and gracefully.
  • Working with doctors to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience.

Marketing and business development

  • Planning and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Promoting new services, products, and special offers both in the clinic and on social media.

Preferred candidate profile

Female, should be well groomed, and have good command on english (speaking and writing). Has to be polite and soft spoken. Should have skills for problem solving. Basic computers microsoft office.
