We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and social media marketing. You should be able to work independently, manage campaigns end-to-end, and deliver measurable results.

Must have at least 2 years of proper experience in SEO.

Must be able to deliver results independently.

Must have excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

Salary: Rs 10K to Rs 15K per month, depending on experience and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO and SEM:
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor performance.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create engaging content and ensure consistent posting and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and create audience-relevant campaigns.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and online traffic.
  • Create content for blogs, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites..
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key performance metrics across SEO, SEM, and social channels.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM).
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
