As an experienced Oracle Database Consultant at Growexx, your role will involve managing and optimizing Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), and Database Cloud Service (DBCS) environments in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ecosystem. Your expertise with JSON-based ADW or Oracle NoSQL databases will be crucial for ensuring the high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems. - Creating, configuring, and maintaining ADW and ATP instances in OCI - Optimizing DBCS for business-critical applications - Designing scalable JSON-based data models - Implementing database performance tuning strategies - Developing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies - Monitoring database health and implementing data security measures - Automating routine administration tasks using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code Collaboration with development and DevOps teams is essential for seamless deployment and integration of database components. Maintaining accurate documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration SOPs, and support playbooks, will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should have: - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ADW, ATP, and DBCS - Proficiency in handling JSON-based data models - Deep understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, database design principles, and performance tuning - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), high availability, disaster recovery, and database replication concepts Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle database administration and cloud database solutions. Proven experience in managing mission-critical workloads using ADW, ATP, and DBCS will be advantageous for this role.,
