Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our online department, focusing on travel agency sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with travel agencies to promote our online travel solutions. You will be the key point of contact between our company and travel agencies, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing revenue opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and acquire new travel agency partners to expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agency partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to travel agencies on our online platform and services.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to travel agency partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with travel agencies to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in promotional activities and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of travel agency sales into the online department's operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving sales strategies and achieving targets.

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and current market trends.
