Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented License & Regulatory Compliance Executive to handle end-to-end licensing and registration services for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage multiple business licenses, ensure timely approvals and renewals, and coordinate with various government authorities to maintain full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handling end-to-end processing of business licenses and registrations including FSSAI, Trade License, Shop & Establishment, Labour License, APEDA, Drug License, ISO Certification, 12A & 80G Registration, AD Code Registration, and other applicable licenses


• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting license applications, renewals, modifications, and amendments


• Coordinating with central, state, and local government authorities for approvals and clarifications


• Ensuring timely renewal and compliance with applicable rules and regulations


• Maintaining proper documentation, records, and tracking license validity


• Communicating with internal teams, clients, consultants, and government departments


• Responding to notices, queries, and follow-ups from authorities


• Advising clients on applicable licenses based on their business activities


• Supporting additional compliance and regulatory tasks as assigned
