Purpose:Responsible for the work delivered by the department. Establishes, in collaboration with the VFX Supervisor and other Department Supervisors, the working methods of his team, taking into account the requirements of the pipeline, both technical/methodological, present and future. Supervises, guides and develops team and acts as mentor of respective specialty.Activities: Continuously monitor the quality of output for improved cost of quality Build a team for bidding support and hold responsibility Plan and coordinate technical aspects for the show Foresee technical issues and its impact on quality and delivery timeline Improve pipeline through -put continuously Continuously scan market for best practices and stay updated Identify implementable best practices and implement seamlessly Define competency levels and achieve competency index for the practice Plan and execute knowledge sharing sessions10.    Identify lessons learnt and opportunities list from show closure reports for action11.    Continuously review and update recruitment tools and training modules12.    Create and manage the repository of training libraries, application tools13.    Create and manage the repository of show reels for future showcases14.    Identify areas of automation for pipeline efficiency  Requirements1. Minimum 7 years'experience as a respective speciality artist 2. Of whichatleast 5 years' experience as a supervisor on several visual effectsproductions. 3. Thoroughunderstanding of the Pipeline4. Must have great interpersonal and communicationsskills 5. Capable ofmotivating and leading large teams with enthusiasm 6. Calm andable to work under pressure and tight deadlines7. Ability to manage time and balance priorities 8. Experiencewith Tactic, an asset 9. Must be available for flexible schedules /shift
