The CG Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all 3D/CG aspects of a project, ensuring the technical and artistic quality of the work, and collaborating closely with the VFX Supervisor, production team, and other department leads. This role demands strong leadership, problem -solving, and a deep understanding of CG pipelines in a fast -paced production environment.Supervise and guide the CG team across modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, FX, and renderingEnsure the visual and technical consistency of CG elements across shots and sequencesWork closely with the VFX Supervisor to interpret the creative vision and deliver high -quality resultsCollaborate with production to plan and meet delivery schedules and milestonesTroubleshoot and resolve technical and creative challenges across CG departmentsMentor and support artists in their day -to -day work, helping improve skills and productivityMaintain and refine CG pipelines in collaboration with the Pipeline/TD teamReview work, provide constructive feedback, and ensure revisions meet expectationsEnsure render optimization, asset management, and efficient scene setupsStay up to date with industry trends and new tools/technologies RequirementsProven experience as a CG Supervisor or Lead Artist on high -end VFX projectsStrong expertise in Maya, Houdini, Blender, and/or other industry -standard softwareExcellent understanding of the 3D pipeline: modeling, rigging, surfacing, lighting, and FXSolid understanding of rendering engines such as Arnold, Redshift, V -Ray, or similarFamiliarity with compositing workflows and collaboration with 2D departmentsExceptional problem -solving, communication, and team management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressureExperience working with international clients and multi -location teams is a plus BenefitsWork with state -of -the -art tools and systems.Enjoy a healthy work -life balance with Saturday and Sunday Week offs and all major holidays.Be part of a friendly and collaborative team that believes in growth and mentorship.Get access to training programs to develop both technical and soft skills.Participate in fun team activities, celebrations, and stress buster sessions.Relocation support is available if you're moving from another city.
