Key Responsibilities
Sales & Coordination Duties:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations, proforma invoices, and proposals to clients based on their requirements.
- Address client inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records in the CRM software.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, payments, and potential repeat business.
- Help the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Documentation Duties:
- Create, manage, and track all sales-related documents, including Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Packing Lists.
- Handle the generation of E-way bills and other transport-related documentation required for dispatch.
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance documents, and product data sheets as required for client approval.
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all physical and digital sales records, contracts, and client communications.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including daily sales logs, weekly progress reports, and monthly sales analysis.
- Liaise with the accounts department to ensure all billing is accurate and to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 0-5 years of proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or documentation role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (for reports and data analysis) and MS Word (for drafting documents).
- Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software (like Tally, SAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in generating E-way bills on the government portal.
- Basic knowledge of import/export documentation.
- Technical aptitude or the ability to quickly learn about our products.
- Fluency in Hindi.
