Minimum 3 years' experience Accountant required for Delhi based architecture firm. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, TDS payment, book keeping, liaising with the bank, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients, particularly government departments, by following up on outstanding invoices and coordinating payment schedule as per agreements.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Enter and reconcile Bank & Card Statements in Tally and Excel.
  • Process Sales Invoices and E-Invoices.
  • Perform ledger reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Organize bills, vouchers, and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
  • Prepare the Fixed Assets Register and categorize bills by heads.
  • Knowledge of branch accounting processes.
  • Record and organize financial transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Update and maintain financial statements.
  • Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Prepare journal entries as needed.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and filing of financial documents.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
