Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role will also involve
training and mentoring HR freshers
, ensuring they gain a strong foundation in HR practices and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end
  HR Generalist activities
  , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and statutory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with
  labour laws, HR policies
  , and company procedures.
• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct and coordinate
  induction programs, training sessions, and engagement initiatives
  .
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
• Train and guide HR freshers
  , helping them understand HR systems, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.

MUST HAVE Skills:

• Working knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office applications.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior HR staff.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
