About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in healthcare product development and deep knowledge of the Agile development methodology. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and test automation—along with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications using C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality healthcare software products.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Integrate applications with external systems and vendor tools.
  • Design and implement unit tests using NUnit and contribute to functional test automation using Selenium.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance.
  • Leverage Microsoft Azure and Jenkins for cloud deployment and CI/CD processes.
  • Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, and handle data formats like JSON, XML, and XSLT.
  • Follow best practices in object-oriented design (OOAD), design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Use Git for source code management and collaborate effectively using Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.
  • 5+ years of domain experience in the healthcare industry with exposure to healthcare products.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-based development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) from a reputed institution.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Angular.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins).
  • Practical knowledge of Unit Testing (NUnit) and Selenium-based test automation.
  • Proficient in source control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of OOAD, design patterns, and software best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders.
