Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Cost Manager MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire). Responsibilities include overseeing cost management efforts for MEPF projects, preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering collaboration with project stakeholders. The Senior Cost Manager will guide teams to ensure effective cost control and profitable project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEPF projects
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, cost control, and value engineering practices
  • Expertise in contract management, tender processes, and procurement strategies
  • Familiarity with construction management software and digital tools
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • PMP, MRICS, or equivalent certification is an advantage
  • Proven experience in MEPF-cost management and the construction industry
