Position Overview
"You will be responsible for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities, organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas, interfacing to answer questions or solve problems, and maintaining item records by documenting necessary information."

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 5S standard of warehouse.
  • Reconciliation of Field Service Engineer Spares.
  • Internal audit of warranty spares with Customer.
  • Fresh Spares dispatch to Engineer based on calls registered and monthly plans.
  • Monitoring of courier cost for their delivery performance.
  • Replenishment of Engineer spares at state office
  • Follow up for repairable defective to be returned back from field.
  • Processing of all supplier invoices, gate pass, QC Note &QC MRN.
  • Scrap disposal in Co-ordination with finance every six months.

Qualifications And Requirements
Graduate with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably with an engineering company or a 3PL (third-party logistics) service provider. Strong warehouse experience and knowledge are required, including reconciliation of all spares and tools. Experience in material inward and outward processes and scrap disposal is essential. Experience with dispatching fresh spares is also necessary.

Salary Range
: Up to 5LPA (Negotiable as per experience.)
