Position: Sales Officer (SO)

Location: Jaipur local & outer areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Handle and manage distributor operations effectively to ensure consistent supply and availability.
  • Recruit, guide, and manage a team of Sales Representatives for improved market coverage.
  • Expand distribution footprint by covering vacant areas and new towns.
  • Ensure proper execution of trade marketing and visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share regular market intelligence reports.
  • Drive secondary sales through effective retailer engagement and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with min 4 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade).
  • Strong exposure to distributor handling and team management.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be based in Jaipur.
