We are looking for Factory Manager / Production Manager for DSC Interior Pvt Ltd.

· Experience – 10+ Years (into Furniture Manufacturing)

· Education – Graduation (Interior / Architecture / Furniture background)

· Preferred Male & Immediate Joiners

· Location – Gorakhpur, UP.

· Roles & Responsibilities – We're looking for a seasoned professional to manage our interior factory, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will lead a team of production staff, supervise manufacturing processes, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

Ø Manage daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ø Supervise and train production staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Ø Implement quality control processes to meet customer standards and regulatory requirements.

Ø Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production.

Ø Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ø Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to production staff.

Ø Meet production targets, deadlines, and budget requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹45,924.57 per month
