Role Summary

As an Accountant, you will be a part of the Global Accounts Payable team and will be taking care one of the regions of the accounts payable. You will be responsible for the accounting of all invoices received and payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This will involve monitoring of accounts payable mailbox, compiling and maintaining accounts payable records, also providing administrative support as needed. We are looking for a person who have excellent understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift timing- 2PM - 11PM (IST)

What You Will Do
    • You will be primarily responsible for accounts payable operation for EMEA region
  • Managing shared mailbox for Accounts Payable
  • Dealing with internal/external queries of stakeholders
  • Co-ordination with various stakeholders, obtaining approvals and resolving issues around invoice accounting
  • Vendor master management
  • Responsible for processing timely payments to vendors
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports.
What You Will Bring
    • Commerce Graduate / Master of Commers or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable / financial accounting (preferably in France/Spain /Italy region)
  • Knowledge of accounting in widely accepted accounting software (SAP preferred)
  • Good knowledge of working on MS Office, specifically on Excel
  • Great time management and organisation skill
