Senior Solution Engineer – India Mid-Market (Remote)

We're looking for collaborative, customer-focused Senior Solution Engineers to join our growing mid-market GTM team in India. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and loves engaging with customers through clear, impactful communication.

You'll be at the heart of our customer engagements – helping organizations across India uncover business challenges and discover how Mapsted can make a real difference.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with mid-market customers in India to understand their unique goals and challenges
  • Collaborate closely with sales to lead discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Drive the RFP/RFI process with precision and clarity
  • Translate customer needs into thoughtful solutions that demonstrate our platform's value
  • Create engaging presentations that simplify complex ideas for varied audiences
  • Be a trusted advisor – bringing empathy, clarity, and insight into every interaction
  • Stay curious, embrace learning, and grow your expertise alongside a supportive team

What you'll bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Solution Engineering, with a strong background in SaaS
  • Experience selling into India mid-market accounts
  • Proven expertise in running demos, and managing RFP/RFI responses
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you'll use these every day
  • Experience working across teams to solve both business and technical problems
  • Confidence in presenting to technical teams as well as executive stakeholders
  • Excellent time management in a fast-moving environment – balancing multiple priorities with ease
  • A drive to take initiative, follow through, and make a tangible impact

Preferred :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA
  • Comfortable dealing with APIs and scoping integrations
