Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue reconciliation with ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) and D2C website.
  • Track payments, returns, deductions, and chargebacks from ecommerce partners.
  • Oversee inventory reconciliation between warehouse, ERP, and marketplace portals.
  • Assist in monthly P&L reporting, MIS, and variance analysis for ecommerce business.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements for ecommerce transactions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts for ecommerce or FMCG/D2Ccompanies.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and ecommerce dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
