Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain student and administrative records accurately. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, strong typing skills, and the ability to work within timelines in a fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain student and administrative data in various databases and systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records and reports.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Admissions, Academics, and Accounts for data-related tasks.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per requirements.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing student and examination data.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the administrative team in document management and record keeping.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with data management systems or ERP software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a college, university, or educational institution will be an advantage.
  • Experience in handling student data or administrative reporting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
