Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the branch, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer relationships. The role requires leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales and revenue targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team to deliver high performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase branch sales.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor branch performance, prepare sales reports, and share updates with management.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle branch operations and manage a team effectively.
