Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Module Lead to design, develop, and manage both manual and automation testing processes using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.
  • Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze, track, and report defects, ensuring timely closure by coordinating with the development team.
  • Develop and enhance automation frameworks and ensure smooth execution of automated test suites.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation strategies.
  • Work with CI/CD tools such as Maven, Git/SVN, Jenkins, and JIRA for seamless integration and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Maven, Git/SVN, Jenkins, and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage testing deliverables independently and mentor junior QA team members.Role & responsibilities
