Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee strategic programs and multiple interconnected projects across various business units. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project and program management methodologies, business strategy, and stakeholder communication. This role ensures that program goals are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs involving multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across the program lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with business strategy and goals.
- Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and change requests.
- Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and sponsors.
- Monitor program performance and report on key metrics, milestones, and benefits realization.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
