Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, service, and support roles.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and issue offer/appointment letters.

  • Handle onboarding formalities and ensure smooth induction of new employees.

  • Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

  • Address employee queries and grievances to maintain a positive work culture.

  • Support welfare programs, rewards & recognition activities.

  • Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leaves, and prepare inputs for monthly payroll.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.).

  • Maintain HRMS and employee records.

  • Performance & Training

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers/vendors for skill development programs.

  • HR Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

  • Support HR policies, SOPs, and ensure implementation across branches.
  • Coordinate with regional/state HR teams for manpower planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Mobile industry).
  • Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
