MEP Engineer

  • Supervise and execute site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
  • Plan and oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other utilities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance across facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Diagnose faults and manage emergency breakdowns efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed reports on site progress, equipment logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in procurement planning and inventory control for technical equipment and materials.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as required.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and site staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in MEP & facility services.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiar with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, NEC, NFPA).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (optional but preferred).
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites when required.
