Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in the elevators industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the company, including recruitment blue caller, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the elevators industry and have a proven track record of managing HR processes effectively. working will be from Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for various roles within the organization, including field engineers, maintenance staff, project managers, and administrative personnel. Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and ensure talent acquisition strategies align with company objectives.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide guidance on workplace issues.
  • Training & Development:
  • Oversee the design and implementation of training programs, including safety protocols, technical skills, customer service, and leadership development. Ensure that employees are up-to-date on industry standards and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Administer compensation programs and ensure competitive salary structures in line with industry standards. Manage benefits administration (health, retirement, insurance) and work to improve employee retention through effective compensation packages.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance review processes. Work with department heads to set goals, monitor employee performance, and provide regular feedback. Drive initiatives for employee development and career growth within the company.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Maintain a safe working environment by promoting adherence to industry-specific safety standards and overseeing training on safety protocols.
  • HR Administration:
  • Manage HR records, documentation, and ensure confidentiality. Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and ensure all HR processes are efficient and accurate.
  • Employee Well-being & Culture:
  • Promote initiatives that support work-life balance, diversity, and inclusion within the organization. Organize team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge:
  • Stay up to date with trends in the elevator industry, including regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements that may impact HR practices and employee needs.
