Working with our Customers
As a Senior Major Account Executive, you will be developing the assigned territory and acquiring new customers. You will be maximizing new bookings, logos via a combination of assigned target list & business development.
As a Senior Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Building & executing territory plans. Developing ecosystem of partners, consultants and influencersArticulating Akamai's value proposition to C-Level executives and corporate decision makersDeveloping a strategic sales plan to create/manage a high-volume sales pipeline through successful executionWorking within integrated partnerships with sales engineers to ensure consultative engagement with prospects and customersManaging contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technologiesDo what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.Demonstrate successful sales experience in managed services and solutions salesPossess understanding of the basic concepts of Security, Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, GCP, and AzureShow high ethics, integrity, and personal willpowerWork in a way that works for you
