We are looking for a Plant Manager / Head to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize output.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of department managers and frontline staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and finance, to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for plant operations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and development.
  • Foster a safe work environment and promote adherence to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in plant management, with a proven track record of success in leading manufacturing operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in production processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
