Job Summary

The Plant Head of Manufacturing at Bluphlux will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations at our plant. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive efficiency, ensure quality, and lead a team to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing management and a proven track record of improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing goals with company objectives.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
