We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, contributing to business growth and employee satisfaction in our fast-paced garment manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, from identifying needs to interviewing and hiring staff.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and foster a positive working environment.

Performance Management: Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual evaluations).

Training & Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; update policies as necessary.

Payroll Management: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
