Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits

Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations

Build and maintain a positive organizational culture

Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues

Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs

Maintain employee records (physical and electronic)

Travel to branch locations as required for HR activities and support

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources or relevant field

5+ years Experience in HR in Mobile industy or Service Centre lik Oppo, VIVO, Apple preferably in SME/retail sector.

Age 35 - To. - 50

Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, recruitment, and HR operations

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS applications

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

High level of integrity and ethics
