Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive based in Mumbai. The HR Executive will be responsible for implementing human resources policies, managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, coordinating personnel management activities, and maintaining seamless HR processes. The role involves fostering a supportive work environment, responding to employee queries, and contributing to organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and compliance with HR regulations
• 6months - 1 year of experience
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits design and administration
• Skills in Personnel Management, employee engagement, and workforce coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
