Intern – Sales & Marketing (Healthcare Startup)
About Us:
We are a growing healthcare startup focused on franchising clinics and building a strong network of doctors. Our mission is to make quality healthcare accessible by connecting patients with trusted medical professionals and expanding our clinic presence across multiple locations.
We're looking for passionate and dynamic Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to gain real-world experience in healthcare marketing, branding, and business development.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Location: On-site – Malviya Nagar, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our clinic and doctors.
- Manage social media content, posts, and engagement across platforms.
- Help design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and presentations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to suggest improvements.
2. Doctor & Partner Outreach
- Identify and approach potential doctors and clinics for collaboration or franchise partnerships.
- Connect with doctors via calls, emails, and meetings to explain our clinic model.
- Maintain records of outreach and support in onboarding new doctors.
3. Franchise Development Support
- Assist in researching and identifying new franchise opportunities.
- Conduct local market analysis on patient demographics, demand, and competitors.
- Support marketing activities for franchise expansion events or campaigns.
4. Client & Community Engagement
- Help organize community events, health talks, and awareness campaigns.
- Gather patient and doctor feedback to improve engagement strategies.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain leads and CRM data accurately.
- Prepare weekly performance and marketing reports.
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media tools.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
- Passion for the healthcare sector is a plus.
