Job Summary

Tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Automate with PowerShell and provide clear updates to both technical teams and executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan migration waves, pilots, cutovers, and rollback paths.
• Migrate mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint sites, and Teams (where tool support applies).
• Administer Exchange Online: create/modify/delete recipients, shared/resource mailboxes, recover deleted mail, message trace.
• Write and debug PowerShell for bulk actions, reports, validation, and remediation.
• Use Microsoft Purview to run audits/eDiscovery searches, generate reports, and export data.
• Track issues, monitor service health, and deliver concise status/risk updates.
• Produce clear runbooks, checklists, and handoff docs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of experience
• Hands-on M365 tenant-to-tenant migration experience.
• Proven use of ShareGate, Transend, and native/admin + PowerShell methods.
• Strong PowerShell scripting (CSV-driven bulk jobs, logging, error handling).
• Solid Exchange Online admin and mail flow rules experience.
• Comfortable with Purview (audit/eDiscovery and exports).
• Excellent communication—able to brief engineers and executives clearly.
