We're hiring Quantitative Researchers – Noida (On-Site)

Patronus Tradetech LLP (MFT & HFT / Quant Trading)

We're looking for sharp Quant Researchers who have live, profitable strategies or strong experience building systematic models and want to scale them in a high-impact trading environment.

What you'll do


• Run and refine your existing quant trading strategies with full ownership.


• Develop and optimise models on real-time market data (HFT or MFT focus).


• Back-test, analyse, and improve signals for latency, P&L and risk.


• Collaborate with a dynamic team on bleeding-edge research and execution.

We're looking for


• Strong quantitative skills (Stats/Math/CS/Engg).


• Python/C++ proficiency, Linux, ML/time-series experience.


• Proven strategy performance or strong modelling credentials.
