Position: Assistant Manager - Growth

Qualifications

●       Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

●       Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area is an added advantage.

●       Demonstrated interest or experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem or growth roles.

3–5 years

Key Deliverables of the Role

●    
New Member Acquisition -
Drive the end-to-end membership acquisition process across India. Engage with prospective members through referrals, digital campaigns, events, and partnerships. Work closely with the Growth Manager to achieve monthly application targets and lead the execution of outreach initiatives including roadshows, mixers, and knowledge sessions.

●    
New Member Onboarding:
Lead the end-to-end coordination of Virtual Group Interaction Meetings (VGIMs) for shortlisted applicants across Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Pune Chapters. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing scheduling, participant communication, session facilitation, documentation, and internal handovers, while maintaining consistency and quality across all chapters.

Ecosystem Development -
Identify and collaborate with relevant organisations for co-branded programmes, sessions, and events. Represent ASCENT at partner events to build visibility and explore synergies.

●    
Stakeholder & Relationship Management -
Coordinate with Trust Group Members, Facilitators, Knowledge Gurus, Academic Partners, and external vendors. Strengthen relationships with co-working spaces, ecosystem enablers, and strategic partners to drive quality leads.

●    
Intern Onboarding -
Manage the end-to-end process of hiring and overseeing interns for various projects and initiatives.

●    
CRM & Data Management -
Maintain and analyse membership data using Zoho CRM. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track conversion performance. Drive periodic enhancements in collaboration with tech partners.

●    
Governing Council Support -
Work alongside the ASCENT Advisory Board, Governing Council, and Sub-Committees to support key initiatives and contribute towards the long-term organisational vision.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with entrepreneurs and senior stakeholders.

●       Strong understanding of digital outreach channels and CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM).

●       Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

●       Creative thinker with a growth mindset and hands-on execution ability.

●       Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

●       Passion for entrepreneurship and a proactive attitude to make things happen.
