1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated execution of MEP systems.
  • Prepare and manage detailed work schedules for MEP activities.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise and manage the execution of MEP systems (Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical) on site.
  • Ensure installation is as per approved drawings, specifications, and local codes.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Guide technicians and subcontractors for proper execution and adherence to safety norms.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure that all materials and workmanship are as per project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections and testing (hydrostatic testing, insulation testing, etc.).
  • Maintain records of inspections, quality reports, and daily progress reports.
  • Resolve site execution issues related to MEP systems in real-time.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with civil teams to ensure clash-free execution.
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs on MEP-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and consultants.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation including red-marked drawings, installation checklists, and test reports.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project management software as required.
  • Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handing-over documents.

6. Health & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations specific to MEP activities.
  • Conduct toolbox talks related to MEP safety hazards and precautions.
  • Ensure PPE usage and safe practices during execution.
