Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days Job Description – Marine ProcessResponsibilities:

Manage and process Marine Claims including Demurrage, Cargo Shipping, Import/Export Documentation, Port Operations, and Marine Insurance.

Research and analyze contract terms and supporting documents to prepare accurate claim calculations.

Follow up with third parties for claim closure and issue invoices for receivable claims.

Escalate issues to supervisors/business lines as required.

Develop and review control reports to ensure timely submission of claims within contract limits.

Respond to claim-related queries from customers, affiliates, and internal teams.

Manage aged/outstanding claims and drive them toward closure.

Track and follow up on overdue invoices with counterparties.

Identify areas for process improvements and highlight contract/operational issues.

Desired Qualifications:

Strong comprehension, analytical and interpretation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to negotiate assertively with third parties.

High attention to accuracy and detail.

Knowledge of marine terminology, shipping operations, and compliance guidelines (Anti-trust, approval processes).

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Proactive in managing workload and meeting deadlines.

Job Description – Non-Marine ProcessResponsibilities:

Experience in Contract Management, Quoting, Pricing Operations, Invoicing or Billing.

Analyze contract terms, documents and events for claim preparation.

Follow up on claims with third parties and generate receivable claim invoices.

Escalate critical issues to supervisors/business lines.

Develop and monitor control reports to ensure timely submission of claims.

Respond to claim-related queries from customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage outstanding/aged claims and progress them to closure.

Track overdue invoices and follow up with counterparties.

Highlight process improvement opportunities and contract issues.

Qualifications:

Excellent comprehension, analytical and interpretation abilities.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Good negotiation skills with third parties.

Attention to accuracy and detail.

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
