Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with potential leads generated through ads, campaigns, and referrals.
  • Present real estate projects and investment opportunities over phone or video call.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead details, call status, and follow-up notes.
  • Coordinate with on-ground sales or site visit teams for qualified leads.
  • Achieve monthly call and conversion targets (with full training and support).

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, or regional language).
  • Prior experience in
    telecalling, inside sales, or real estate
    is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with good communication and learning mindset are welcome.
  • Ability to work independently and handle flexible working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
