Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Software Technical Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across a range of modern technologies including PHP Laravel, Python, Data Warehousing, AWS services (especially API Gateway), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and AI/ML integration. This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-grade platforms and data systems, supporting business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

· Design, document, and guide the implementation of backend systems using PHP Laravel and Python.

· Architect and optimize Data Warehouse solutions to support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

· Develop and manage scalable, secure API Gateway implementations on AWS, enabling integrations across internal and external services.

· Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.

· Ensure robust version control and code collaboration practices using Git.

· Integrate AI/ML solutions into business applications, including use cases such as NLP, classification, prediction, and automation.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, DevOps, and data engineers.

· Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

· Mentor development teams on best practices in software design, DevOps, cloud architecture, and AI integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 10+ years in software development with recent experience.

· Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer in a complex enterprise environment.

· Strong hands-on development experience with PHP Laravel and Python.

· Deep understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, design, and implementation (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).

· Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and using AWS API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, and related services.

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

· Proficient in Git workflows including branching, merging, and code reviews.

· Hands-on experience integrating or developing AI/ML models for real-world applications.

· Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and microservices architecture.

· Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

· Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., , React) is an advantage.

· Experience in telecom, fintech, or SaaS industries is beneficial.
