Position Overview

We are seeking a 
Salesforce Solution Architect
 with a Salesforce Organisation based in Mohali (Onsite) who combines deep Salesforce expertise with architectural vision and delivery leadership. This is a client-facing role where you will design scalable solutions, lead global delivery teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives.

You'll operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and strategy owning solutions from vision through execution.

  1. Experience
    : 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with architectural leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  2. Expertise
    : Strong understanding of Data Cloud and/or AI-driven Salesforce solutions; deep command of data modeling, security, and integration architecture.
  3. Leadership
    : Proven ability to lead global delivery teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects.
  4. Client Advisory
    : Strong communication skills, able to translate technical depth into business value.
  5. Certifications (Required)
    : Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
  6. Certifications (Preferred)
    : Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect, Agentforce Specialist.
  7. Ability to 
    communicate complex technical concepts in accessible ways
    , for both client advisory and external-facing content.
  8. A track record of contributing to 
    industry knowledge sharing
     (articles, presentations, webinars, or community forums) is a plus.
