ESG Reporting Hub Performance and Assurance Governance Senior Manager

As Planning & Control Manager you will be responsible for ensuring SOX controls are performed. You will support the analyst and all SOX and PWC testing and report key performance indicators to the leadership team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- To support the Operations Lead with activities which aim to drive alignment in ways of working between the Hub and business functions, specifically helping to cascade data quality expectations.
- Weekly cadence to discuss on External Audit Assurance Observations and also to discuss on monthly reporting observations.
- Using Digital tools to ensure that performance and governance tracking is smooth. Raise any red alerts during the weekly Leadership meetings.
- Ensuring all external assurance coordination with the stakeholder management goes smooth during the audits as well as during the year.
- People management to develop and retain talent.
- Ensure right tracking of any new KPIs coming through new projects in the ESG Hub and to fit into the regular performance and governance reviews.
- To document the Performance and Governance process that this incumbent undertakes and have it regularly reviewed and updated.
- Close coordination with the ESG Hub Ops team members as well as ESG Hub Director and GPO for the change governance tracking and monitoring through digital tools.
- To support the Hub Director and Operations Lead to develop and agree service delivery KPIs for tracking Hub Performance. This includes the oversight and tracking of Hub performance, external observations and internal continuous improvement opportunities. This role is expected to highlight areas/ trends of concern and escalate in particular regarding risk to the assurance program.
- Maintain PowerBI dashboard for purpose efficient review and early warning signalling of insight from data to action.
Oversight of Assurance Coordinator activities and escalation to Director as required.

- University Degree (Bachelors)
- Expect 10-12 years experience
