Job Summary

As a Senior Designer, you'll lead the conceptualization and design of
all merchandise items, advertisements, and promotional materials
. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring unique ideas to life — from t-shirts, keychains, and collectibles to digital campaigns and brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    conceptualization, design, and execution
    of all merchandise items (t-shirts, accessories, collectibles, etc.).
  • Develop
    creative campaigns, print ads, digital creatives, and brand collaterals
    .
  • Oversee
    visual identity and brand consistency
    across all marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to align design with storytelling and strategy.
  • Mentor junior designers and manage end-to-end design workflows.
  • Research and innovate with
    trends in product design, pop culture, and visual storytelling
    .

Requirements

  • 10+
    years of experience in
    graphic design and product design
    (preferably in lifestyle, entertainment, or merchandising brands).
  • Strong command of
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in
    product visualization, packaging, and mockups
    .
  • A strong
    portfolio
    showcasing creativity and design versatility.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience in
    entertainment, lifestyle, or spiritual merchandising
    .
  • Passion for
    Indian art, culture, and storytelling
    — especially Jagannath or heritage-based themes.
